void UserLimitReset ( int32_t number )

Description:: UserLimitReset will cause a UserLimit to generate a new Interrupt Event immediately if condition(s) are true. Normally it only does this when you transition from False Condition(s) to True Condition(s).

number Number of the UserLimit.
