RapidSetupX: Network Page

  • Analyze network data.

🔹 Discovery and User Labels

A network discovery (including ENI generation when the network is not running) clears every node and IO label on the controller. Axis labels are not affected. When RapidSetupX holds any labels, it will prompt you before such a discovery:

  • Export and discover (default): saves the labels to a CSV file, then discovers. If you cancel the save or it fails, nothing is discovered. If some nodes' labels cannot be read, the file is still saved, but nothing is discovered.
  • Discover anyway: discovers without saving the labels.
  • Cancel: discovers nothing, and the labels stay as they are.

The warning and its label count go by the labels RapidSetupX is showing. Labels written by another application may be omitted if RapidSetupX has not re-polled labels since they were set. See the IO page for what the exported file holds.

Starting the network without discovery leaves labels intact.
